3-quick-fixes ‘first aid’
When you notice your body is not operating from its’ usual 100% healthy happy self, what do you do or take? I have three, quick fixes, that have always worked for myself and my family.
Symptoms: sore throat, dry cough, swollen neck glands.
COLLOIDAL SILVER, a natural antibiotic type product found in health food stores. I take 10ml, in a medicine measuring cap, gargle and swallow. I may take this a couple of times in one day, sometimes for 2 days, and usually it will nip in the bud all of the above symptoms. Yes it’s that easy.
Health note: Along with taking colloidal silver, I will make time to rest and slow down. Our bodies know how to heal fully, we only need to give the body-mind time (rest) and the right environment (first aid medicine) to do what comes naturally, heal.
Symptoms: diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, heartburn, gas, bloating, IBS.
IBEROGAST, I love this product, you can buy it at most chemists. It is a wonderful herbal tonic for any of the above symptoms. 20 drops into water, and drink entire glass of water. This usually settles the nausea or upset tummy immediately. For diarrhoea and constipation, you may need to take a second or third dose, depending upon the severity of your symptoms.
