She has empowered thousands to achieve their health and fitness goals, with over 40 years of experience in the fitness industry, working in Australia, England and Mexico. In 1999, she founded the successful MUMFIT outdoor health and fitness 6-week program for new mothers. By 2008, MUMFITadventures was born, a trekking company that took on the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco.
