Now you can select the Bach Flower Essences you need and add them to your personal Remedy Mix.
The maximum number of essences per bottle is ideally 5 to 7. Sometimes when we look at all 38 flower essences we can find a reason to use all of them. Try narrowing down to what is really concerning you at the present moment (today), working with the now is best. You can address other issues as you progress stepping forward.
